5 Stars My son loves Trains!
When we saw the Go Diego Go Train set, it was immediately our choice. We set it up for our 2 yr. old and he went to town playing w/it all of the time. He LOVES it!
The downside for us was when the batteries went dead, we unscrewed the plate and replaced the batteries but the plate will not screw back in. We had to Gorilla (duct) tape it for him to still be able to play with it. I will be calling the manufactor to see if we can get a replacement on the actual train portion. Not sure what will happen?
Until then, he is playing w/it, even w/the tape on it!

My nephew loves it! I’m not sure of its educational value, but it made him happy.

I bought this toy for my 3-year-old grandson’s birthday, and it was a huge hit! Of course, he loves Diego to begin with. It’s all he asked to play with for the entire week that I was with him.

What I like:
*Easy to connect track pieces; just snap together.
*Auto shut-off.
*Two recessed rubber ‘wheels’ on the bottom of the train which stop spinning if lifted off the track. These rubber wheels do the actual work to move the train. The eight blue wheels are just for show, but they do spin if rolled.
*Lots of accessories.
What’s included:
1 Motorized locomotive:
-Takes 4x AAA batteries: the battery compartment is at the back of the train, not underneath.
-Pulls a maximum of 6 cars.
-On/Off orange button on the top; permanent On/Off switch located at the bottom.
-If left on for ~6 minutes, the unit will shut itself off whether it’s on or off the track.
-If the locomotive is lifted from the track, the motor running the rubber wheels will stop but the lights and sounds will continue. Put it back on the track and the train will continue again.

My kids love this train. It makes sounds (but aren’t too loud) and goes around the track really well. They’ve had a lot of fun playing with this. It’s easy for them to put together and they can change it around when they want to.
