5 Stars Great gift for 5 year old
My son received this as a Christmast gift - he loved it. The size of the dinosaurs are perfect. The additional accessories and storage container make this gift great all around.
I really like that the name of the dinosaurs are imprinted on each one.

My three-year-old grandson plays with these endlessly. The tub is great for storage and he runs for it at every visit.
2 Stars Recommended age should not be 10 years and up
I bought this as a gift for my nephew who is 5 years old - and since I don’t have children of my own, the product details information is very important to me. Because it said Manufacturer recommended age is 10 years and up, I purchased this without hesitations. But when I received it, the box clearly says 3 years and up?? I’m sure my nephew wouldn’t have minded, kids are kids. But I stil find it insulting to give 5 years old a gift that is meant for 3 years old and up.
I wish this info was clear in the web as it was on the box, so that I would have bought something else instead. It sure caused me confusion and frustration.
And no, I did not give this gift to my nephew, I ended up buying something else and donating this to the charity.
5 Stars 3 yr old loves it
My son loves to play “dino world” just about every day!! The tub is great for storing the set & theres plenty of room for more things. We keep a bunch of blocks and small cars in there to add tothe scene and creative play. The mat it comes with is kind of a joke , lasting maybe one day. But that’s no reason to not buy this.
Like others, we purchased thise elsewhere for MUCH less than the 60-something Amazon is currently selling it.
3 Stars Picture on tub misleading
We got this for a gift from my parents, who bought it at ToysRUs for much cheaper than Amazon’s price. My 3 year old loves it. The dinosaurs are pretty big and the container is great for storage, however I have one beef with it. I noticed the picture on the tub was inaccurate. There are some differences in the dinosaurs uncluded. The thing that bugged me, was the mat. The mat that came with the set is not the one shown on the tub, which is much more detailed and realistic looking. The one we received was very simplistic and not at all like the one advertised on the container or here on Amazon. It also doesn’t lay out flat at all. Now none of this is noticed by my son. He could care less. Still, I had to deduct a star because of the misleading picture.
