5 Stars My little vetenariun
My 8 year old loved this item.She wants to be a vet when she grows up.When she opened this, she wanted to start playing with it before she opened all her other gifts that Santa left her.
4 Stars Great, but don’t put your money in the dog!
The set is really cute in that it all comes delivered in the kennel. But that stuffed dog is a joke! It is only about 5 inches long and 3 inches high. It looks like something out of a vending machine. That being said, I just tossed the dog and found a different one to put in it. The rest of the set and the kennel are made of good, heavy plastic. My nephew adores in. It comes with a lot of things for him to play with and he uses them on all of his stuffed animals, as well as my real dog!
2 Stars Cheap plastic and more pieces than necessary
We bought this vet kit for our 3 year old son after reading the positive reviews. Unfortunately, I am not happy with the purchase.
The small dog, which many reviewers noted as their only complaint, seems fine to me. My son puts other stuffed animals in the carrier so it isn’t a big deal.
The bigger problem for me is that the kit comes with 17 random vet tools, way more than necessary. He has only had the kit for one day and already I can’t find half of the tools. Several are flimsy and the stethoscope won’t even stay on my son’s ears -it twists sideways when you try to put it on. For the price, I would have preferred about 5 or so well made vet tools instead of a huge pile of flimsy plastic.
5 Stars Hours of Fun
I purchased this for my, at the time, 3-year-old daughter and even a year from then it gets played with almost daily. My 2-year-old-son enjoys it as well. The pieces are durable and the case is sturdy. The puppy included is a bit too hard and cheap-looking, but it’s not the fun or important part of the kit! I was disappointed that the stethoscope wasn’t a ‘working’ toy, but it has still been enjoyed thoroughly. This is a great kit for playing vet or doctor.

the vet kit cool but the stuffed dog is cheap. other wise my 3 year old is having a lot of fun with it. the shipping on this item was ridiculous.
