3 Stars Star Wars X wing Fighter
The fighter is really quite plasticky and doesnt really do that much. However it has been played with quite a bit and seems to be liked.Dont have too high an expectation over these sort of items.
4 Stars Kid’s toy - what more could you want?
I read some of these reviews by adults who seemed somewhat dissatisfied with their purchase. Come on! This is a kid’s toy. How does it work for its intended purpose? Just fine, thank you. My 5 year old loves it. Great removable moss. Very big! Generally pretty cool looking - or so he says! It seems certainly as sturdy as most plastic toys these days. All in all, no complaints.
5 Stars This is my favorite ship
My mom is writing this review for me. I am 6 years old and I got this from Santa. Luke skywalker fits in there, luke looks good his hands come off and I lost both of them. THis toy does NOT include an R2D2 unit, even though there is a place for him on the ship. Luke didn’t come with a blue light saber, either. You only have to put on the wings when you buy it. The wings are strong and don’t come off. The feet work good too. It can go in attack position. May The Force Be WIth You. - Miles 6
5 Stars X-Wing Review
Hands down the best X-Wing toy ever made. It is made from the same mold as the FX X-Wing. I like this one more because you can put action figures inside of it, the figures are already molded into the X-Wing on the FX version. I highly recommend this toy.
5 Stars This thing rocks !!!
I got this from my kids for my birthday. OK, OK, I paid for it myself, but they urged me to get it. I don’t care. This toy is great and the kids are finally starting to appreciate that the X-wing is the coolest vehicle in out fleet… at least until we find a Republic Gunship.
It’s a really cool toy, with good scale and impressive detail. The landing gear is the best of any Star Wars vehicle out there, and the X-wing’s opening mechanism is simple and sturdy. One thing it misses is proton torpedoes. Every blasted fighter and action figure comes with missiles but this one.
While the Luke Skywalker figure bears a really good resemblance to Mark Hamill, it lacks articulation. By the way, was he left handed cause the light saber only fits in his left hand. Thank goodness the new Legacy Luke Skywalker in pilot gear came out.
The dragonsnake is OK for filler, but an R2-D2 figure would have been better. Finally, the swamp muck is a nice detail (but I’d rather have an R2-D2), but it’s impractical to keep around so it’s stored safely in a box until I decide to display the X-wing somewhere.
